Delivering research driven insights to address requirements for experience design,  business engineering,  and product management.

 

• New Product/Services design management. experienced in overall System Design Life Cycle within diffeent scales of collaborative  projects, coordinating the implementation of pilots and co-creation processes for delivering prototypes,    Enterprise Integration (operational system deployment and human factors); process re-engineering.  

 

• Business Analysis, stakeholders’ requirements analysis, use-case scenario specification to inform user-centred design, user journey analysis and mapping, usability evaluation. Business process design, system modelling, evaluation and test engineering, performance evaluation metrics and impact assessment.
